My journey into sleep consulting began unexpectedly when I became a stepmom to the most wonderful kids. The joyful adventure that brought so much love into my life—also came with challenges I hadn’t anticipated. Navigating nighttime potty training and establishing sleep routines often left me feeling lost and overwhelmed. As much as I loved being a caretaker, I didn’t realize there were resources that could have helped us through those sleepless nights. Instead, I felt exhausted and, at times, very alone.

Around this same time, I began my journey as a birth and postpartum doula. Supporting new parents through the joys and hurdles of the newborn stage was deeply rewarding, but I started noticing a common thread: many families were struggling with sleep, just as I had been. I felt an immediate desire to learn more and find solutions—not only for them but for my own family, too.

Pursuing formal sleep certification was a turning point. The knowledge I gained transformed my approach, and soon both my family and the families I served were experiencing the benefits of better sleep. Watching little ones discover a love for their beds and seeing bedtime routines become peaceful and predictable was incredibly fulfilling. Parents no longer struggled to find rest, and their joy became my greatest reward.

Today, I’m honored to work with families near and far, crafting personalized sleep and potty training plans, with gentle, compassionate guidance. My goal is to help children develop healthy habits so everyone in the family can enjoy the life they deserve. Sleep is a gift, and I’m here to help your family unwrap it with confidence and ease.

 Let’s create a path to restful nights—together.

My Story

What Lies Ahead

I continue to expand my knowledge on all things baby and child development. Right now my pursuits include further education in breastfeeding, sleep support and potty training!

As it's been a dream of mine to move back to New England and expand my family, I am thrilled to now call Vermont my home. I would love to explore running my own Mommy and Me classes and continuing to support clients in finding their unique inner confidence as parents.
